My family and I grew up in that very shop on 3049 22nd St. and lived in 803 Shotwell St. My Mother ran a small clothing alterations shop there from 1976 till about 2004 until she had to close it because she was diagnosed Cancer, God bless her soul. I have fond memories of that place even though the Old Owner was a jerk and a slimy slumlord. The house was dilapidated and in need of repair back then. I'm happy to see that it looks much better now.
